Had an amazing experience working with Olivia. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and truly took her time finding a good vein; which made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. You can tell she really cares about her clients and her work. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great IV experience.

To the rescue!
Three of us in the family had IV therapy after the holidays, this was a great ‘pick me up’! For all of us. My mom also was in pain from aggravated arthritis, this morning she has nearly no pain! Hurray!!
Rachelle is so kind, her precision with needle sticks were spot on and hardly felt a pinch. We will be repeating therapies!

I just had the worst food poisoning of my life, I fought it out as long as I could but after about 9 hours I was just completely depleted, couldn't keep anything down, and had the worst stomach cramps ive ever experienced. I went to the urgent care right by my house in hopes of getting an iv because i just lost every nutrient in my body. I lost my faith in urgent care and all of humanity in about a 4 minute span in that lobby. My wife ended up calling this mobile iv nurse to come to the house, and this angel of a man named Gabriel came and not only gave me the iv but advise on other things I could do on an empty stomach to ease all the horrible symptoms I had. And I didnt even have to sell a kidney to pay for it! For what these people do, the price is fantastic! Gabriel, I hope all the luck in the world finds you my man!

I had the best experience getting the Performance IV from Brooke! From start to finish, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She explained everything clearly, made me feel completely comfortable, and the whole process was seamless.

I walked out feeling recharged, refreshed, and ready for anything, exactly what I needed. The boost in energy and recovery was immediate and noticeable.

Brooke truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and it shows in every detail. If you’re considering IV therapy, she’s the one you want. Highly recommend!

Mobile IV Therapy for Colorado’s Altitude and Active Lifestyle

Colorado carries the highest mean elevation of any state, with an average altitude of about 6,800 feet above sea level. Statewide annual precipitation averages just 18.1 inches, and the thin air at elevation accelerates moisture loss through both skin and breathing. At Denver’s 5,280 feet, oxygen levels fall about 17% below sea level. Most residents acclimate over time, but the hydration gap is persistent, not temporary.

The physical demands of living and playing in this environment multiply the issue. About 92% of Colorado residents recreate outdoors each year. Ski resorts across the state recorded 10.5 million visits during the 2025–2026 season, and summer months bring millions more to the trails, rivers, and fourteeners that define the landscape. Exertion at altitude burns through fluids and electrolytes at a rate that water bottles struggle to match, and the dry air makes sweat evaporate before the body senses how much it has lost.

Why Visitors and Locals Both Feel It

Altitude sickness is one of the most common reasons tourists seek IV therapy in Colorado. The state hosted 95.4 million visitors in 2024, many arriving from sea level and heading straight into mountain activities at 8,000 feet or higher. Symptoms like headache, nausea, and fatigue can surface within the first few hours. Oral hydration helps, but IV therapy bypasses digestion entirely, sending fluids and nutrients directly into the bloodstream at near-complete absorption. For altitude sickness relief, that difference in delivery speed matters.

How Mobile IV Therapy Works in Colorado

Mobile IV Nurses operates across Colorado’s Front Range, Western Slope, and mountain communities. A licensed registered nurse or paramedic arrives at the client’s home, hotel, or office, typically within about an hour. Sessions run 45–60 minutes. Packages range from straightforward saline hydration to formulas that include B-complex vitamins, magnesium, vitamin C, and IV therapy for nausea symptoms. Each session begins with a health screening and vitals check before the IV is started.

Whether the need is recovery after a weekend at elevation, rehydration following a long trail day, or support during cold and flu season, mobile IV therapy brings clinical-grade care into a setting the client already finds comfortable. Frequently Asked Questions for Colorado IV Therapy

Does altitude in Colorado really affect how fast the body loses fluids?

Yes. At elevations above 5,000 feet, the body loses moisture faster through respiration and skin in the drier, thinner air. Physical activity at altitude accelerates that loss. Many residents and visitors experience low-grade dehydration without recognizing symptoms until fatigue, headache, or dizziness set in. Staying ahead of fluid loss is more difficult here than at sea level.

How long does a mobile IV therapy session take from start to finish?

Most sessions run 45–60 minutes, including the initial health screening and vitals check. The nurse or paramedic stays for the full duration. Clients can read, work, or rest during the infusion. No recovery time is needed afterward, so most people return to normal activities immediately.

Is mobile IV therapy available for groups at events or corporate gatherings?

Yes. Mobile IV Nurses accommodates group sessions at weddings, corporate retreats, athletic events, and private parties. Multiple nurses can be dispatched to serve groups simultaneously. Scheduling for group appointments is handled through the same online booking system, and a coordinator helps with logistics for larger events.

Who administers the IV, and what are their qualifications?

Every session is administered by a licensed registered nurse or paramedic with clinical experience. All providers follow established safety protocols, including a pre-infusion health screening. The team operates under physician oversight through a medical direction practice, and every IV treatment follows standardized procedures.

Can IV therapy help with recovery after skiing or hiking at high altitude?

Many clients report feeling noticeably better after a post-activity IV session, particularly when fatigue and low energy set in at elevation. IV hydration restores fluid balance and delivers electrolytes and vitamins directly to the bloodstream. Results vary by individual, and IV therapy works best as one part of a broader recovery approach that includes rest and nutrition.
